Updated the server to sa-mp 0.3c. So if you wont to be able to join you need to update your client to sa-mp 0.3c... http://sa-mp.com/download.php

I also fixed the irc problem so the irc channels are up and running igan.

very annoying. this give them advantage i think. so driveby is cool but they can use an advantage isnt funny at all

It's not allowed to driveby players on foot so whats the problem? It's also not allowed to be as an passangear in an empty car.

It's not allowed because cars with no driver can't be damaged and they know that.
