Laggers.... What can we do about them?

I have over 8500 hours of online time I think I know what I'm talking about. Also I did say normal fps/network lag not cheats.

Ahhh 4 Sure Roban I have a superb idea about Laggers...to do Limit for pings like 1000 or somthing like that  :-X
