You can vote for who you want.
Make a list of players you want as admin.
Then the guys who are in the lists the most, can be the new admins.
I provote to make a list that is not bigger then 3 people.

I think there are too little people who visit the forum to make a vote, but it is a good idea.

That sounds like a good idea too!
But i think there is still a problem. The Server owner [TNM]Roban hasen't been too active lately so i don't think he has had any time to scout out talents so there would be no people to vote on :(
