and what it cares the fps.. lagg is ffs not an excuse..

it's an bug

It's not an "bug" it happens due to big jitter or packet lose. Or it may be an valid reading and then it might be your anti virus, msn, skype or something else that does something at random times that makes your fps to drop. If you wont an exact fps reader install one yourself.
