It's possible to force timeouts but we can't know if thats is the case if it doesn't happens every time someone nearly dies.

but so it's very easy if you got low health and then you got an timeout..
and i think much people do this.. if they got low health they quit the game but not /q or quit but pause the game and do rmb and then quit then you got an timeout

These players are known for all these things to Avoid dead, pauses meter are fighting.

I have no evidence that the modem has him off, but are certain that it did, because otherwise it was just lucky to go out in your meter was dying
