Why is everyone friends with each other?

Why can't just them in the clan be friends? And not with each other.

No one new on the server want to stay if it is 5vs1, like dude, 99% of the time. Just count the threads about this.

Something have to be done with play in teams.

I agree,  but u cant force the players to do that 
they are free
