Reseting Slaps and Warns

ThreeStap:
I think you should have better punishment messages, by that i mean i should say who did something.
Example:
Admin Maddog has jailed ThreeStap for X minutes. [reason: bug abusing]

And maybe you should remove player weapons while in jail.

Also muting should be fixed so you can type in commands while muted ._.

Ofcourse no talk active commands, but i mean others like RC, Boat, Anims, hit, stats, settings and bank stuff.
