nah why not i have the same of her pc i think lol sure it gonna work :p

EDIT:she have 744.1 in video card 64 it's just required for Gta sa loooooool 64 it's the minimum

It will run with 12-14 fps to and thats not playable.

Your game runs at 12-14 fps and thats not = running. Fps bellow 20 shouldn't be allowed it's way to laggy. Also you run xp she runs windows 7..... xp needs 512mb of ram. w7 needs at least 2gb.
