Why i can't log in to my account?

Why i can't log in to my account?  It says please wait to your userdata to load (it shouldn't take more than 5 seconds)
And i wait two hours and again i cant....PLEASE HELP

No im not banned...2 days ago when i go into samp it says im banned and i wasn't log in because it can't...Now i can log in,but its says something like wait to load user data..this problem happens befoore im banned.

Your still banned...... Changing ip doesn't mean that your unbanned..
