I don't know man i mean sure he has tried to screw the server a couple of times and he does not seem to like the rules either but time has gone by maybe he has changed.
I'd say it's up to you to decide, does he derserve another chance or not?  :o

Grove has a point, besides as i said before he did try to screw up the server so ill have to vote NO aswell.
